We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags and labels are intact.
The product is not customized or preordered, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

Custom-made or preorder items
Products purchased during sale or clearance
Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please email us at support@modestbyemon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you’ll be asked to send the item back to us at the provided return address.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the product unless the item was defective or wrong.
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@modestbyemon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the product back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (depending on your choice).
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@modestbyemon.com with photos of the item.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after approval.
We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping. Please use a trackable courier service.
